We always get asked how we can help. That is a difficult question. It's like asking us what you should order for dinner; you may be vegan, you may not like fish, or you might not be very hungry. We need to get to know you a bit first.

 

This is why we really need to have a conversation with you (over the phone is fine) so we can fully understand your situation. Once we understand your situation, then we can make a few recommendations which may be best suited to your situation.​

However, to give you a few examples, we have helped people request a postponement. We have helped people with loan modification and forbearances. We have referred people to attorneys to help them file a temporary restraining order or to file bankruptcy. Most recently we have been helping people to effectively refinance their homes through our affiliation with a lender's Second Chance Program as well as other lending alternatives.​
